Meet the COACH
Hey Hey! I am Mary Howard. A little bit about me; I was at my unhealthiest point at 250lbs I was in and out of the gym, on and off of the latest fad diet. Nothing seemed to work, (if I would have stayed consistent I would have noticed a change) I was diagnosed with PCOS and border line diabetic at 25 years old, I knew I had to make a lifestyle change. I started lifting weights, my phisique transitioned, and I fell inlove with the process moreso than an "ideal body". I have helped many individuals change their lifestyles mentally and physically. Starting your fitness journey can be challenging but having the right coach by your side can keep you accountable. I am an experienced Personal Trainer and I would love to help you reach your fitness goals whether it is weight loss/gain, pre/post natal, or simply just to stay active :)
